LoginDuring the Regency period, homes in England could be quite dank and cold, thus cashmere wraps were very much a part of a woman's wardrobe. This is an interpretation of what may have been worn then. Finished Size: 21¼" wide and 78" long.
Yarn: Jade Sapphire Exotic Fibers, Mongolian Cashmere 2-ply (100% cashmere; 400 yd [366 m]/55 g: #014 hydrangea, 3 skeins.
Yarn Weight: #2 - Fine
Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm) 24" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
Notions: Blocking wires and T-pins; waste yarn for Provisional CO.
Gauge: 17 sts and 22 rows = 4" in Body chart; 29 sts in Edge chart = 7¾" at widest point.
