After a day of sightseeing, slip into Mimi Seyferth’s knitted and embellished slipper socks; they are ideal for traveling.

Finished size: 8¼" foot circumference and 9½" long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable.

Yarn: Cascade Yarns Cascade 220 (100% Peruvian Highland wool; 220 yd [201 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #8886 Italian plum (MC), 1 skein.

Cascade Yarns Cascade 220 Sport (100% Peruvian Highland wool; 164 yd [150 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #8555 black (CC), 1 skein.

Needles: Size 2 (2.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); two 7⁄16" gold buttons; size C/2 (2.75 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 26 sts and 36 rnds = 4" in St st with MC.
