Betwixt and Between Gloves Knitting Pattern Download

During the Regency era, a lady's gloves were an essential accessory for the very practical purpose of protecting a lady's delicate skin. There were special styles for every occasion. I designed these gloves to usher that lady through the seasonal changes in lacy style.

Finished Size: 7 (8)" hand circumference. Shown in 7" size.

Yarn: Crystal Palace Yarns Mini Solid (80% Merino, 20% nylon; 195 yd [178 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]), #1101 intense red, 2 skeins.

Needles: Size 2 (2.75 mm), set of 5 double-pointed (dpn).

Notions: Eight small buttons, markers (m), tapestry needle, size C (2.75 mm) crochet hook, stitch holder (or waste yarn).

Gauge: 32 sts and 44 rows = 4" in St st; 35 sts and 44 rows in Fir Cone patt.
