Inspired by the lush greenery of Kllynch Hall, which was so dear to Anne Elliot. The fingering-weight cardigan features waist shaping that keeps it close to the body and three-quarter sleeves. The two sizes of the leaf lace pattern decorates the round yoke and the button band is worked as you go, complemented by garter-stitch hems and collar. Finished Size: 31 (33, 35, 3 3/4, 38 3/4, 40 3/4, 42 1/2)" bust circumference, buttoned. Cardigan shown measures 31".

Yarn: Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (100% superwash Merino wool; 420 yd [384 m]/3 &frac12 oz [100 g]): Tannenbaum, 3 (4, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5) skeins.

Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): 24" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); removable markers; stitch holders; tapestry needle; eleven 1/2" buttons.

Gauge: 25 sts and 34 rows = 4" in St st.
