Niebling-Inspired Rose Leaf Shawl

Materials

• Hazel Knits Filigree Silk, 50% Merino, 50% silk, laceweight, 800 yd (731.5 m)/3½ oz (100 g), 1 skein of Bloom, or other laceweight yarn of a similar weight.
  
• Needles, size 5 (3.75 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge. Interchangeable circulars are strongly recommended for the large number of stitches.
  
• Hook, size D/3 (3.25 mm) for crochet bind-off.
  
• Stitch markers, useful to define chart repeats and overall section repeats, two different types recommended
  

Finished Measurements: 31" (78.7 cm) deep and 60" (152.4 cm) wide, after firm blocking.

Gauge: 24 sts and 28 rows = 4" (10.2 cm) in St st after blocking. Gauge is not critical for the success of this project, but a different gauge could affect finished size and possibly yardage needed.
