A Clones Lace Collar to Crochet Pattern

Materials needed:

• DMC Cordonnet Special, 100% mercerized cotton thread, size 60, 317 yards (289.9 m)/20 gram (0.7 oz) ball, 2 balls of Blanc;

• Crochet hook, steel size 10 (0.6 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge

• A medium-sized plastic straw or size 6 (4 mm) knitting needle for buttony

• Tapestry needle

Finished size: About 18½ inches (47 cm) long at neck edge and 3¾ inches (9 cm wide)

Gauge: Rose or shamrock square = 2¼ inches (5.7 cm) square
