Strolling Dolls Knitting Pattern

Knit your own strolling companions as toys or display items. Edgar Allan Poe, who first inspired the term flâneur , dresses carefully even for a day (or night) spent writing in his study. A dapper Flâneur sports brown trousers, vest, cutaway jacket, cravat, and top hat. Finally, the lovely Flâneuse prepares for an expedition in a park or department store, with long skirts, a warm muff, a shawl, and a modish hat. If you haven't tried knitting human figures before, they finish up quickly and thriftily use up stash yarns.
