This small sampler throw gives an opportunity to try out 10 gansey stitch motifs, simple in stitch yet rich in textural dimension and deep in symbolic meaning. The classic patterns are charted, and the borders provide a “frame” for the sampler. The result is a cozy, hard-wearing, attractive work of art. Wrap yourself in British seaside history.
